To meet customer’s expansion needs within limited plant space, LIANSU replaced 8 old low-output extrusion lines with 5 new high-output lines. The new lines integrates online material dosing, extrusion, and finished-pipe online weighing in a closed loop, ensuring high output and bigger capacity with less numbers of lines.
Stable High-Output Extrusion
Customized loss-in-weight feeder for high-fill formulas monitor material flow in real time, automatically adjusting to prevent bridging and ensure stable feeding. Optimized screw design improves mixing and plasticization, delivering both high output and process stability.
Closed-Loop Weighing & Smooth Downstream Integration
Front-end loss-in-weight feeder control meter weight, while the belling machine includes an online weighing device for pipe weight measurement. Two-side weighing provides real time quality control with full IoT data connectivity. After belling, pipes are conveyed to the weighing area, automatically lifted, and discharged to the belling side—ensuring smooth material flow and better shop floor management.
