High-Speed CPVC Pipe Production with Accurate Feeding

The line is equipped with 4 sets of Mconvey loss-in-weight feeders for the accurate feeding of virgin material, regrind, scrap and masterbatch. Each component is added according to the preset recipe, enabling synchronized multi-material feeding and online color change. With accurate multi-component dosing, the feeding rate stays synchronized with the extrusion, providing a stable material supply for high-speed production.

Stable High-Speed CPVC Pipe Extrusion Synchronized Dual-Pipe Production

Adopts parallel twin-screw extruder, screw design specialized for CPVC dry blend material and high-speed extrusion. Optimized screw design ensure stable material conveying and constant melt temperature, efficient plasticization and uniform mixing, It provides a consistent melt flow to the pipe head, maintain stable pipe dimensions and wall thickness. Pipe head design ensure stable extrusion amount for dual channel.

For pipe production, higher speed means higher efficiency, but high yield and low maintenance are even more important. The line is designed for close coordination between the upstream and downstream, with feeding, extrusion, vacuum forming, haul-off and cutting in sync.
