Pipe lines

Extrusion (from late lat. Extrusio - eject) - technology for obtaining products by forcing molten material through the shape of the hole. Commonly used in the production of polymer (rubber compounds, plastics and blends containing starch or protein) ferrite products (cores) as well as in food (pasta, noodle, etc).

  • Shuttle transmission design, vacuum setting system and aluminum alloy forming mold block, are applied of SIEMENS SIMOTION-D motion control, with more precision control.
  • Forming mold block is water cooling, with better cooling effect.
  • The surface of the die tooling nitrided and polished.
  • Pipe is vacuum forming.
  • Corrugator is applied of imported charging device, battery free of maintenance function, in a case that the power is off, the working platform still can set back to disconnect the mold block and machine head.
  • A device for adjusting the thickness of the wall allows you to use various raw materials and obtain the required parameters ring stiffness.
  • Water jacket is made of aluminum alloy plating steel, with better heat-conducting capacity.
  • In the manufacture of corrugated PVC pipes conical twin-screw extruder is used

  • Enclosed track design and no chain connected between mold blocks to facilitate the replacement of mold block.
  • Mold block is through 40Cr nitrogen treatment, more wear-resistant, durable.
