Single wall corrugated pipe w/ steel wiring for electric conduit application

Challenges:synchronizing embedded wire feeding, cutting, and retraction control

The common problem for reinforced corrugated tube production: misalignment between wire feeding and forming causes wire kinking during feeding, wire retraction after cutting, and blade breakage of the coiler’s automatic cutter when it severs the steel wire at the preset length.

Solution

LIANSU Coiler equipped with a dedicated wire feeder and fully servocontrolled. It synchronises forming, feeding, and coiling speeds in real time, ensuring the wire is embedded precisely as the pipe takes shape. The cutting sequence is optimised with precise timing and tension management, eliminating retraction and misalignment. The result is uniformly embedded wire, tight bonding, and consistently stable finished pipe.

Case II

Single wall corrugated tube Slit online (Automotive Industry)

Challenge: slit tube coiling easily causes deformation and wrinkling.

With the rapid adoption of NEVs, slit corrugated pipes are widely used for wiring numerous sensors and actuators due to their convenient and reliable cable routing. However, tube has low rigidity, conventional coiling equipment often produces poor layer alignment due to tension control, tension taper, traverse guidance, and reel sidepositioning issues.


Solution

LIANSU Coiler uses a custom electronic cam curve to dynamically adjust coiling tension and winding pitch according to pipe specifications, enabling smooth, flexible, constantspeed coiling throughout the process. The dualstation independently controlled operation ensures uniform stress on the pipe and neat layer layering, eliminating deformation and misalignment. The result is tight, aesthetically pleasing coils with consistent dimensions.
