LIANSU has recently successfully delivered multiple LSP-250 PVC foamed core pipe co-extrusion lines to overseas customers. This model produces foamed pipes ranging from OD 90 to OD 250, featuring an A/B/A three-layer co-extrusion structure (20%/60%/20%) and achieving a stable output of 600 kg/h.

At the extrusion section, two parallel twin-screw extruders feature a high-speed, low-shear screw design optimized for foaming materials. This improves plasticization and mixing, controls the foaming process, and supports high-output extrusion.

Dedicated foaming pipe head for consistent product quality

In foamed pipe production, the foaming effect of the core layer and the uniformity of each layer are key factors affecting product quality. LIANSU has developed a dedicated foaming distributor and pipe head structure tailored to PVC foamed pipe processes. By optimizing the flow channel design, the system achieves more uniform material distribution and improved foaming stability.

Online socketing and weighing for closed-loop production control

At the downstream section, a LIANSU online dual-heating socketing machine with integrated online weighing enables real-time pipe weight monitoring.

Combined with the upstream loss in weight dosing system, it provides dual quality control: accurate dosing upstream and online inspection downstream, helping maintain stable product weight, consistent wall thickness, and traceable quality.
