Pipe lines
Extrusion (from late lat. Extrusio - eject) - technology for obtaining products by forcing molten material through the shape of the hole. Commonly used in the production of polymer (rubber compounds, plastics and blends containing starch or protein) ferrite products (cores) as well as in food (pasta, noodle, etc).
Scheme of the line
This line is intended for production of reinforced hose pipe.
- Simplified structure and convenient operation.
- The produced hose is in high grade of transparent, with bright surface.
- Liansu offering: transparent hose, garden net pipe, gas hose, water hose, reinforced hose, steel spiral hose.
- Special design of die and screw for better plasticization effect and mixing PVC material.
- Cooling bath from the stainless steel.
- Stable haul-off unit of the belt type.
- The line is equipped with a vacuum auto feeding unit with a dryer.
- Double station winder with a tension control.
- Main motor - Hengli or Siemens.
- Total computer control - SIEMENS Simatic S7-300 (Germany) with a multilingual interface and 10" color touchscreen.
- Motor and feeder speed control - converter ABB.
- Solid state relay - CELDUC, France.
- Contactor, breaker - SIEMENS, Germany.
